I just had to revisit this today...and here are my thoughts:
Regarding the coffee picture. My dear, have you become ONE OF THOSE Arcatians who actually bring IN their coffee receptacle. Oh no...;)
I printed out the picture of you and BC and it is now adorning my fridge.
Breakfast and Lunch dates will forever remind me of you two.
You started running! I hope you took her easy, but I also hope you felt fucking empowered and boss.
