Shock and greeness! But seriously, there is something great about drinking ANYTHING cold in the shower, but even better if said shower has followed a looooooong day of hard work!
Miss Joyful - It's one of my favorite green juice blends: kale, celery, cilantro, broccoli, cucumber, lemon and pineapple! It makes my cells feel ALIVE!
i drink the same think minus the pineapple. adding it tomorrow!
