I think you should keep your hair pixie short... just because you're one of the few that wear it so beautifully!

Sigh. I cannot explain how utterdly delightful these day-in-the-life posts are. This one especially...when I was feeling so sad for myself to not be celebrating with you - it's as if I were.

Great dress too - what's the story there?

Also - you did NOT sew up those jeans. Did you tell me you finally threw them away?!!!!!

Eee! Thanks so much ladies!

Melissa, I'm so close to going out and buying product I can taste it! I really can hardly wait for mini pomade spikes!

Mme - Guilty. I totally stitched those [borderline pornographic] jeans up with mini patches in bright colors. I couldn't get rid of them. They've been with me for too long.

Oh! And the dress... I treated myself to a new dress, just for my birthday. Spend the afternoon one day last week trolling about in the little shops and boutiques in Arcata and bought the one I felt most beautiful in. It was worth it.

Love these day in the life posts :) Do you set the pictures up yourself or have someone take them? Curious because I always fail miserably at trying to get pics of myself!

Happy Birthday!

I don't even know what to say....

love and light

ps you do look beautiful in that new dress...

Nancy - car ass = snort.

Emmy - I am one of those fiercely dedicated "self-portrait" ladies - to the point that OFTEN BC will be nearby, offer up the assistance, and I become a stubborn child about "doing it on my own." To which he generally grins and shakes his head.

I'm really loving this post, dear friend. And I'm going to keep this window open on my netbook, so that I can read through it all again tomorrow morning <3 Love!

Lovely UD,

6:01 : <3 the steam

9:25 : <3 the sugar crystals, cream and fruit

9:50 : <3 your dark hair and hubby's salt'n'peppa.

The Soon we will meet.

PS. I just shit my pants recently, when I actually googled where you live. You have ocean, rocks, sea, coast, close to RedWoods and the like. Still cleaning up my sheets. Coming there soon.

Lucy - That's exactly what it is, and OH do I love it. It is absolute birthday tradition for the dolled up strawberries to be served for breakfast, which then leads to a flurry of sour cream and brown sugar for the rest of the week. As in, right now. I may need a bite...

Fawn - muah!

Bisquit - You make the milk snort out of my nose. Let's trade visits, ok?

You're pictures again are absolutely breathtaking and that picture with your dog and cat, makes me wonder how you accomplished such a task. I'm sure you're birthday was swell.
