Because sometimes, out is better than in.
Until you come home to these goobers of course.

What warming, delicious, solitary or chatterbox thing have you done today? I have a friend arriving shortly and while the whole house could use a solid dusting, I think I might slip into the studio for a spell before she arrives. I know she'll understand.

la-la-looovely. a lot of your posts make me want to sing or hum. :)
i'm wandering around, getting ready for my son's weekend birthday party, making paper garlands. i'll leave them up for a while, i think.
pretty freyja with a turned ear.
and YOU, boot-kicking!
i wish *i* were the company you are expecting....
Was that a tasty Mexican lunch you had today, mamacita?
After I read that your pad could use a dusting, I looked around at mine and said, yep, she's right. Dang it. I always forget to dust! So, I promptly trotted downstairs to my art room and did a scarlet Ohara ...I'll think about that tomorrow.... XO
I hope that means BC is feeling better?
How do you get those goobers to pose like that, I only ever get the rear end of mine?!
Brittany - Yes! I say yes, leave them up!
Foxy - We call the one ear back her "fierce" look, I mean because when they're all floppy, she just looks like the sweetest Dobie on earth.
Prairie - Ah, it was Indian! I love Indian food, like, I would maybe even marry Indian food if I wasn't already taken. And good for you Scarlet! Dust be damned!
CRM - That's debatable... he sounds like an 80 year old chain smoker with a death rattle, but other than that... yeah. So Blue Star? :)
Sue - Oh seriously Sue, if I had a dollar for every perfectly in focus shot of bare puppy buns, well, I'd have a huge stack of cash. Sancho is the WORST at photobombing me with his balls. The WORST. Which I suppose actually makes him the best at it. Punky.
Oh, your pups! I love how curious they look :)
look at those gorgeous creatures
visiting you here always makes me smile
thanks for that!
i a deep moving these days
preparing for the trip ahead
I have my last workshop to facilitate this weekend...preparing to say goodbye to that....
planning for new project on the horizon....
and looking forward to a luncheon date of my own with my oldest...

when did I become the mother of a nineteen year old???
someone better fix that shit!
lol
much love and light to you my sister-friend

whats dust???is it something I should be concerned about?
A chatterbox thing... I love that. I haven't thought of that word in ages. I think I'll have to take it up again.
I'm soo in love with your red jacket! Is there a pattern existing to make this sweet beauty for myself? I got an amazing silk&cashmere coat in size a size way to big and this jacket is exactly what i want to turn it into...you don't have any front and back photos of it, do you?

Petra - I love the lines and ties on this jacket so much! I found it second-hand earlier this winter, so I'm afraid I have no leads on a pattern, but if you want to attempt one, I'd be happy to shoot you a couple photos of the jacket front and back. Send me an email at kclarkstudios.gmail.com ok?
